Good News!

The "Save our Pensions" area has just been disabled as we have now seen a change in direction with the Government now taking this off of the backburner and addressing the issues that we were concerned with. An official announcement with more details will follow. It seems that our campaign has made a difference and we had over 2500 responses sent to the various MP's within the last few months.

Having seen this method as an effective way to reach our MP's with our concerns, the Air Canada Pionairs Pension Committee have authorized the creation of a new web site called Save Our Pensions that will be created in the coming months in order to inform retirees (from all companies) about legistlation and concerns that may affect them. The new site will then be ready for any further mail-in campaigns that may be required.
