WRIGHT, Brian Leonard - July 15, 2012 (July 24,1937 - July 15, 2012)

It is with deep regret I have to advise the passing of Brian Wright early last Sunday morning.

Brian started with CP Air in the late fifties and after training in Vancouver was posted to Whitehorse.  He moved to London, England in the early sixties and worked for KLM for a short time before joining Air Canada.  He worked "in town" part of the time and also at Heathrow Airport. He moved back to Canada in the late sixties to Montreal Head Office.  Brian suffered a stroke in early 1986 and eventually retired and located to Victoria. Brian came out regularly to the Pionairs Districts Coffee Klatches and never missed annual luncheons.  His sense of humour will be missed. He will be fondly remembered by the Air Canada Pionairs, Victoria Stroke Recovery Group, St. Mary's Church, The Oak Bay Starbucks gang and members of the Oak Bay Village community. Brian will always be remembered for his zest for life, love for family and friends, his perseverance and of course his smile.

Brian's funeral will be held at his local Church.
